The lounge dining area has two leather sofas providing comfortable positions to take in the spectacular view in any weather. There is a large wall mounted smart TV and many books to sit back and relax with. There is also a telescope to use located in the lounge area.
The studio style kitchen features microwave oven, induction hotplate, mini oven, sink, exhaust fan, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (incl pods) and an under-bench fridge.
Rest assured that with two ceiling fans and a brand new Fujitsu reverse cycle aircon, Sunsets365 is cosy and comfortable any time of the year in any weather.
Wake to the magnificent view by raising the electric blinds via remote control from your bed and enjoy your first cup of the day watching the birds feed in the bird feeder located in front or if you are lucky watch dolphins play in Lake King.
During the warmer months guests will arrive to find chilled wine and handmade chocolates to be enjoyed. In the cooler months guests will arrive to find warm gluhwein and handmade chocolates.

Access to Sunsets365 is via your own private side gate entry and spiral staircase to the balcony entry door.
During the day, take a look through the telescope or pick up the binoculars to perhaps see a pod of dolphins (more likely during the cooler months), a lone seal playing in the water, or pelicans in formation skimming the surface of the lake. On various weekends the Metung Yacht Club hosts races on Lake King. You can watch the adventure from the balcony of Sunsets 365 or from inside on chilly days.
If you feel inclined, there are various walks which will take you to the village of Metung or down to the Lake edge via the steps directly across from Sunsets365. A map of walking tracks in the area is provided for your use.
In Metung you can hire a boat or launch your own. Maybe just fish off the many boardwalks all which reliably produce a fish or two without much effort.
There is a wonderful Farmers Market held on the second Saturday of the month on the Metung village green. You’ll find fresh local produce including fish, meats, organic vegetables and delicious local handmade chocolate and pasta.

Metung is a 6-minute drive or 30 minute walk from Sunsets365. Metung boasts many cafes, restaurants, shops, a very popular waterfront pub and a village store. The Yacht Club on Metung Rd also has a bar and restaurant to enjoy.

Lakes Entrance is a 15-minute drive and has an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and great surf beaches.
