What wildlife can we expect to see? Lots of bird life, rosellas, galahs, white headed doves, rainbow lorikeets, nankeen kestrels, magpies, pelicans. We also see echidnas, ducks, wombats, wallabies, deer now and again. Also, being so close to the bush we have snakes in the summer months so please watch your step when out walking near Wombat Gully.

What’s supplied? All linen (crisp cotton sheets, fluffy white towels etc), bathroom basics (soap, shampoo & hair conditioner, toilet rolls etc), kitchen basics (salt & pepper, tea bags, coffee bags, coffee pods for Nespresso machine, white & raw sugar, milk, olive oil, tin foil, cling film).

Is late check-out an option? Please ask at time of booking or when you first arrive. If we don’t have guests due to arrive we’re happy for you to check-out at 11am.

What is there to do indoors on a wet/windy day? We have various books, magazines, packs of cards and other games if you want to stay indoors.

Are pets permitted? Sorry, no pets.

Are bicycles available to use? Yes, we have two mountain bikes and helmets for your use.

Where are the security cameras located? We have Arlo security cameras set up at the front and rear of the property. There is one looking out from the balcony towards the driveway and one looking out at ground level from the bird table towards our front door. There are no cameras which look out on the balcony and none which look out at the side entrance or spiral stairs so your privacy is not compromised.
